Product Purchase Agreement

By purchasing any Smultron Sounds product, you agree to adhere to the Terms & Conditions set out on this page.
The Terms & Conditions set out on this page shall form a legal agreement. This agreement shall remain active from the date of purchase. You can get out this agreement by contacting me and stating this. By opting out of this agreement, you are agreeing to no longer use the products purchased.
Smultron Sounds reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions at any time. Every effort shall be made in order to inform you of these changes.
The patches contained within all Smultron Sounds patch banks are the intellectual property of, and owned by, Smultron Sounds.
When purchasing a product, you are granted a licence of use for the sounds contained within the product. No purchase of products shall transfer ownership of the sounds contained within that product. You may not transfer this license to another user, and any resale of these products shall constitute a breach of the terms & conditions, resulting in a termination of that license.
The licence granted with purchase of any of these products is a single-user licence. You may use these sounds on any number of computers, but they may only be used by the person who purchases the product.
Any unauthorised distribution, duplication or sale of any products is an infringement of intellectual copyright laws, and will be treated as such. This also includes the modification of and repackaging of patches.
We reserve the right to alter the price of these products from time to time, including special offers and discounts. No one shall be eligible for a refund of money as a result of these offers.
After purchasing a licence, you may use any of the patches covered by that licence within your compositions for any purpose. Sounds may not be used in isolation.
By signing up to the Smultron Sounds newsletter, you agree that I may contact you from time to time about any products which I feel you may be interested in.
You agree to the terms laid out in the Privacy Policy above, and to the User Agreement set out here.
